CAN I SEND THE ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
- Of course! You can send most items to different shipping addresses. Add the receiver’s name and address in the “shipping address” field at the checkout.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
- All major credit cards and Paypal.
IN WHICH CURRENCY CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
- All payments are made in SEK. Your bank will convert your total to your currency after your payment has been processed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET?
- If you have received your tracking number, we encourage you to contact your courier. Your carrier will have more precise information about the status of the delivery.
WHY DOES MY TRACKING INFO SAY INVALID?
- Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.

- All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?
- Your transaction and payment details are safe,your payment is handled by Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- As soon as we get your returning package at our warehouse. It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
VAT CHARGES?
FootKit is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. The buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
